blue mountains bliss

well. a SUPER start to the morning. its gonna be a magnificent week!

didnt get to bed till 2 and was up at 5 - sooooooo tired but made my tail get out of bed and went and did xfit at the gym - man oh man, i have not so wanted to throw up like that in the longest time, it was tough. :D yay! awesome workout. felt so alive afterwards and so awake. today was the first so, hopefully some others join in and it has some longevity cos i would like to keep challenging myself with it
jan took video of us all which i wasnt even aware of  ... thought it was just happy snaps which i am already bothered by because im not so sure i need to see my body twisted or moving into grotesque shapes and positions! ...  *view*
if i had of known he was going to take video i would have worn a loose top cos my fat flubbers everywhere!! but, oh well. there IS incentive if ever there has been when i watch it to make sure the weight gets back down again! and it comes from right near the end, we were all exhausted and, our technique shows it - but a cool looking video, makes me want to make them again too! maybe i should - we all had a load of fun, hi-5'ed and were all on top of the world, so yeah, glad i dragged my backside out of bed for it and, it was great to do it with others that pushed themselves real hard too, a motivating environment....

came home and soooooooooo wasnt hungry - couldnt eat a thing. i always know when i have worked myself out hard by that feeling and perhaps thats where it can get frustrating cos eating then, is of such importance:/ ah well. if it wont go in, it wont go in
went back and did step at 8.45... so, no running today, but, a good exercise day that will suffice

then, home to pack. all work is up to date, sent off be away a week emails to those required, the rest can wait till i am back home, have done a huge shop for the storm child so she wont hunger and go begging on the streets or looking through bins for scraps :D, the place is spotless - all ready for her to create messes and cyclonic turmoil that i get to clean up again when i get back home, yay lucky me :D i have all her uniforms ready, washed ironed hung up - (i swear they do little cooking in that kitchen and spend most of their time secretly being motor mechanics! NOTHING is white anymore!) .... written her sign up again on the noticeboard in her bedroom no parties, no drugs, no smoking, no sex, no alcohol and NO soothers!!!! teenagers take note of all that dont they! :P~~
should all be a-okay

now, its just time filling again :)
head to mackay, catch the plane for brissy tonight for a stopover with a friend. sydney tomorrow. stopover. blue mountains - friday - yayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayayay! sooooooo looking forward to running there, and being a little more leisurely than when racing it... sight seeing! i get to stop and admire the views and smell there is no roses! .... lots of cooking, eating, drinking and making merry
surprisingly, really looking forward to meeting others i dont know, like minded people, because sometimes in the whitsundays, i feel very alone by my irks and quirks that noone gets ... its nice, knowing im relatively normal and there are other people out there that like the same things i do! nice, to feel human. :)

w00t to the week ahead! and travelling again, the road less known....

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear,
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I marked the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I,
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.
